Delete Your MyPDF Account

You can ask us to delete your MyPDF account and the personal data linked to it at any time. This page explains how, and what happens to your data.
You only have a MyPDF account if you signed in with Google. If you never signed in, there is no account to delete. See Data we don’t hold for how to remove everything else.
How to request deletion
- Email us from the Google account you used to sign in to MyPDF.
- Use the subject line “Delete my MyPDF account”.
- We will delete your account and confirm by email within 30 days.
Pro subscribers: deleting your account does not cancel
your subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play (Payments &
subscriptions) or in your App Store settings.
What is deleted

What is kept, and for how long

Data we don’t hold
- Your PDFs, files and saved signature exist only on your phone. Delete them in the App, or uninstall MyPDF to remove them all.
- Analytics and crash data is not linked to your name or email. It is deleted automatically within 14 months (analytics) and 90 days (crash logs).
- Advertising data is controlled by Google AdMob. You can reset your advertising ID in your phone’s settings and manage ad personalization at My Ad Center.
